Before I met Dara I did not know the components of a balanced diet and the best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. After several months of working closely with Dara, I can say with complete confidence that I am a different person, improved for the better because of her incredible knowledge, supportive approach and warm demeanor. Seeing positive results on the scale is extremely gratifying, but it's even more wonderful to feel an emotional evolution from within.
